4 words: do not go there. If I could give 0 stars I would I arrived for my original appointment 10 minutes early. I think I was her last appointment of the day because she had already left… without notifiying me. When I texted her, she said I (!) was the one that misunderstood everything while she was the one proposing this date and time the day before!! I had already paid through Groupon so I had to reschedule to the next morning. I was again on time, at 9AM, had to wait outside for a closed door until she arrived with her brother I think at 9:20 AM. She didn't greet me, called me a "puta" to her brother and then the hell started. I layed there for a minimal of 10 minutes with tape on my eyes while she was just chilling and chatting with other spanish speaking people. Fast forward to 9:50 AM, we were done. She did the whole new set of lash extensions in less than 30 minutes. It should have been One by One but I'll let you be the judge of that because I don't know What The F you're supposed to call this mess. (see pictures) I don't know how this happened but two of my own lashes were turned upside down and sticking into my eyeball. When I told her this, she started pulling on my lashes and ripping them out. I told her to stop because wth!? She did not manage to pull the right one out so you can see in one of the pictures what I mean. It was a horrible experience. But what do you expect for a cheap Groupon service... lesson learned. I'm now soaking the lashes in coconut oil. The extensions are pulling on my real lashes so I just want them off ASAP before my real ones get damaged. Also there was a mouse running around in the salon...
